Description

This is caused by the may_update_finalized_submissions setting defaulting to false. Interesting problem, see the following thread: http://forums.formtools.org/showthread.php?tid=479 The solution is to change default setting to true. This is good, actually: it can be included in the final 1.0.0 release of the API.
